House of Hunny Superfood Energy Bites
Packed with nature’s finest ingredients, these no-bake energy bites are a delicious way to fuel your day. At the heart of every bite? House of Hunny raw honey—bringing natural sweetness, powerful antioxidants, and enzymes that support overall vitality.
🌿 Ingredients (makes 12–15 bites):
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup House of Hunny raw honey
- 1/2 cup natural almond butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs (or dark chocolate chips)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: 1–2 tbsp bee pollen or maca powder for an extra superfood boost
🥣 Instructions:
- Mix the base:
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, coconut, cinnamon, and sea salt. - Add the goodness:
Pour in the almond butter and House of Hunny raw honey. Stir until everything is well combined and sticky. - Fold in the extras:
Add the cacao nibs and optional superfoods like bee pollen or maca. Mix until evenly distributed. - Roll into bites:
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Place them on a parchment-lined tray. - Chill & enjoy:
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days—if they last that long!
