Perishable Goods: As our honey products are perishable and have a best-before or expiration date, the right of withdrawal (cayma hakkı) does not apply to these items, as per the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (6502 Sayılı Kanun) and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği). Therefore, cancellations are not permitted after an order is confirmed, except in the cases mentioned above.
