2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (“Law”) and the Distance Contracts Regulation No. 20237 (“Regulation”).
It governs the sale and delivery of product(s) (“Product”) ordered electronically via the website www.house-of-hunny.com (“Website”) and outlines the rights and obligations of both parties.

Upon the BUYER’s approval of this Agreement, the Product(s) ordered will be charged via the selected payment method.

4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The BUYER confirms reading and approving the Preliminary Information Form.

  • The SELLER agrees to deliver the product within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delivery is made to the recipient designated by the BUYER.

  • If no one is present, the BUYER is responsible for tracking and collecting the item from the courier.

  • Shipping fees are paid by the BUYER unless the Website states otherwise.

  • In force majeure cases (e.g., natural disasters), the BUYER can cancel the order, request a replacement, or defer delivery.

Payment Issues:

  • If payment fails or is canceled, the SELLER may cancel the Agreement.

  • If a card is used fraudulently and the bank doesn’t pay the SELLER, the product must be returned within 3 days.

Defective Goods:

  • The BUYER must inspect the product upon delivery. Visible defects should be reported immediately.

  • Unreported issues are deemed accepted.

Disputes:

  • Complaints must be submitted via the Website or contact info above.

  • Taxes (including VAT) are the responsibility of the BUYER.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of delivery, without justification or penalty.
If withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned within 14 days. The SELLER will issue a full refund (including shipping if applicable).

EXCEPTIONS — Withdrawal Not Allowed For:

  • Price-fluctuating goods

  • Custom-made items

  • Perishable or soon-to-expire goods

  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products

  • Mixed/inseparable items

  • Opened digital content/software

  • Services started before withdrawal deadline

  • Products requiring installation by the seller

  • NO WITHDRAWAL FOR FOOD PRODUCTS, INCLUDING HONEY

6. EXERCISING WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

  • Return notice must be sent within 14 days.

  • Returns must be made via the courier specified by the SELLER.

  • The product, packaging, invoice, and any gifts must be returned unused.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The SELLER may process personal data (name, contact info, order details) to fulfill this Agreement.
The BUYER has rights under Law No. 6698, including:

  • Requesting access, correction, or deletion

  • Objecting to automated decisions

  • Learning how data is shared and for what purpose

If the BUYER requests delivery to a third party, they are responsible for obtaining that party’s consent.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Disputes shall first be addressed through negotiation and mediation.

  • For unresolved cases, jurisdiction lies with Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts in the BUYER’s or SELLER’s location.

  • Mediation is mandatory before litigation.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

  • This Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form are accessible on the Website and sent to the BUYER via email upon order.

  • Any matters not covered here are governed by Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.

  • The Agreement enters into force upon order confirmation and payment by the BUYER.
