6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include:

  • Products affected by financial market fluctuations

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Perishable or short-shelf-life food items

  • Hygiene products with unsealed packaging

  • Products requiring installation as per the user manual

  • Digital content or software

Right of withdrawal cannot be used for food products. Honey falls into this category.

Free return shipping code will be provided via Yurtiçi Kargo.
Returns must include the product packaging and invoice.
Used products will not be accepted.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

7.8. In case of non-payment, the product must be returned within 3 days.

8. DISPUTES

Disputes shall be resolved primarily through good faith communication and mediation.
In accordance with Law No. 6502, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within legally set monetary limits.
Mediation is a prerequisite before filing a lawsuit.
