Golden House of Hunny Tahini Bowl (Vegetarian)

🐝 Ingredients (Serves 2):

For the Bowl:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
  • 1 sweet potato, roasted and cubed
  • 1 cup chickpeas (roasted or pan-fried for texture)
  • 1 cup steamed kale or spinach
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • A handful of pomegranate seeds or dried cranberries (optional)
  • Toasted sesame seeds or pumpkin seeds for crunch

For the House of Hunny Golden Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp House of Hunny raw honey
  • 1 ½ tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

  • 2–3 tbsp warm water (to thin)
  • Pinch of salt

🍋 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dressing:

  2. Assemble the bowl:
