Return & Cancellation Conditions
GENERAL
When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the provisions of the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
All shopping transactions are carried out within the scope of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the relevant regulations.
Product shipping (cargo) fees are covered by the BUYER unless stated otherwise.
Each product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the BUYER may terminate the agreement.
The ordered product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the introduction, and along with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
In the event that the supply of the product becomes impossible, the SELLER notifies the BUYER within 3 days and refunds the product price within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID
If the BUYER does not pay the product price or cancels it in the bank records, the SELLER's obligation to deliver the product ceases.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD
If it is determined after delivery that the credit card was used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the SELLER, the BUYER is obliged to return the product within 3 days, with the shipping fee belonging to the SELLER.
FORCE MAJEURE AND DELIVERY DELAYS
Product delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond the SELLER's control (natural disasters, transportation barriers, etc.). In this case, the BUYER is informed and has the following rights:
- Canceling the order
- Replacing it with a matching/equivalent product
- Postponing the delivery until the barrier is removed
In case of cancellation:
If payment was made in cash, the fee is refunded within 14 days.
If payment was made by credit card, the product price is returned to the bank again within 14 days. It may take a few weeks for the bank to reflect it to the account.
OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
The BUYER must physically inspect the product before receiving it; crushed, torn, or defective products should not be accepted from the courier.
The received product is assumed to be undamaged. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used, and it must be returned with its original packaging and invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without showing any justification.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For the right of withdrawal:
- The invoice (a return invoice is mandatory for corporate invoices)
- The product box, packaging, and accessories, if any, must be delivered complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The SELLER is obliged to refund the product price and any expenses, if any, within 10 days following the receipt of the withdrawal notification.
The returned product is collected back within 20 days.
If there is a loss of value due to use, the BUYER is obliged to cover this damage.
CASE OF DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on payments made by credit card, they are responsible for the interest and legal obligations to be applied by the bank under the card agreement.
The SELLER may demand damages and attorney fees arising from this delay from the BUYER.

- Bank transfer or EFT (our bank information is located on the checkout page)
- Online single payment or installment payments by credit card
Following the order, the product price is charged to your credit card and the transaction is completed.
