1. Payment Options

- Online Credit Card Payment: We accept payments with all major credit cards. Your card will be charged automatically once your order is completed. In case of order cancellation or stock issues, a refund will be issued to your card within 10 days[cite: 4].

2. Order Cancellation & Returns
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for food products[cite: 8].
Since our honey products fall under the category of perishable goods, goods that may expire or goods may have a best before date, the buyer does not have the right of withdrawal[cite: 9]. In the event of an order cancellation (e.g. due to an extraordinary circumstances such as extreme weather, fire, etc.), House of Hunny (Hunny Gıda Tarım Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş.) will refund the product amount to your account or card within 10 days[cite: 9].

3. Shipping Process
- Domestic orders within Türkiye are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo[cite: 12].
- Delivery time varies between 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location, and in some cases may exceed this duration[cite: 12].
- Since our products are shipped from Derbent Village, orders are dispatched once a week, every Wednesday[cite: 12].

4. Payment Tracking & Communication

5. Shipping Damage Inspection

- If you notice any damage, request a damage report from the courier and do not accept the package[cite: 21].
